Family with children can find better options

The staff was friendly and genuinely tried to make things better when our room wasn’t clean upon arrival. The front desk lady was really nice and apologetic about the broken fan, and that did help ease my frustration, for a moment.

The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the university, ideal for our needs. The room configuration was beneficial for our family, providing a nice separation for privacy. However, we faced issues with a slow-flushing toilet and outdated amenities. Additionally, the TV and internet went out, leaving us disappointed when we couldn't catch a crucial game, and the front desk staff did not address our concerns adequately.

The hotel had clean rooms and friendly staff, making the stay quite pleasant. However, noise from neighboring rooms was an issue, and breakfast options could use improvement. A lack of communication about room availability was frustrating, but overall, there's potential for a better stay in the future.

We loved the spacious King Suite with a sofa bed, perfect for our large family of six, including four teenagers. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Cedar Ridge Golf Course, which was a fantastic outing for everyone. The breakfast options were delicious!

I was charmed by the spacious King Suite with a cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The breakfast spread was good, offering everything from delicious waffles to fresh pastries. Plus, the indoor pool was the cherry on top, allowing us to unwind and have fun late into the evening!

We had a great stay in a King Suite with Sofa Bed, with plenty of room dividing the comfortable beds and sitting area. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially appreciated the variety of hot and cold foods. However, the fridge in our room was quite noisy at night, disrupting our sleep a bit.

The room featured an updated and modernized design, really standing out with its cleanliness and attention to detail. Mountain views from the room provided a nice backdrop to our stay, making the overall environment pleasant.

Multiple plumbing issues ruined the experience, with a toilet frequently overflowing and a leaky ceiling making everything uncomfortable. I booked a queen bed but ended up with double beds that were incredibly uncomfortable. The breakfast left much to be desired, with quality being subpar to the point of being inedible. The hot tub was non-functional, and the pool looked rather dirty. Cleanup seemed lacking. the floors had an unfinished feel due to renovations, resembling an eerie hotel scene. Wi-Fi was spotty, and communication regarding charges was frustrating. I was billed more than what I was quoted, creating additional hassle.

The receptionist greeted us warmly and made check-in easy. The spacious room allowed our family to move around comfortably. Breakfast included a variety of options, and the food was fresh and well organized.

incredible access to cedar city attractions and parks

I truly enjoyed how close I was to the Southern Utah University and the beautiful Cedar City Aquatic Center, allowing me to explore the area with ease. having a spacious room made it a comfortable base after my city strolls.

the pool was really small and not everyone seemed to respect the rules. but the king suite with sofa bed was great for our family, allowing us to spread out. plenty of hot breakfast options were available. loved the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in our room.
